Privacy policy
LMC — Lion Mode Club respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
1. Data we collect
- Email: required for license delivery, welcome email and renewal reminders.
- License serial + machine fingerprint: to bind your purchase to your MT5 setup.
- Telegram chat ID (optional): if you link your Telegram to receive signals via bot.
- USDT transactions: transaction hash on the blockchain (public).
- Access logs: IP, user-agent and timestamp of your portal visits, for security.
2. How we use your data
Solely to operate the service: deliver the software, authenticate activations, send renewal reminders, and answer support. We do not sell or share data with third parties.
3. Retention
Data is retained while you have an active license + 12 months after last activity. You can request early deletion by email.
4. Security
- HMAC-SHA256 signed session tokens, 24h expiry.
- Single-use magic links with 15 min expiry.
- Database isolated in our own VPS, TLS in transit.
- No passwords — email is the only credential.
5. Your rights
You can request: access to your data, correction, deletion, or export in JSON format. Contact support@thekrakenindicator.com.
6. Cookies
We use a single krkn_session cookie (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax) to maintain
your portal session. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics.
7. Minors
The Kraken Pro is not directed at minors under 18. If we detect an account belonging to a minor, it is deleted immediately.
8. Changes
Changes to this policy are communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
