The Kraken Pro Indicator and The Kraken Pro Data Feed (the "Products") are property of LMC — Lion Mode Club. By purchasing any of the Products, you accept these terms.

1. Nature of the product

The Kraken Pro is a signals tool for MetaTrader 5. It does not execute trades automatically, does not manage customer accounts, and does not constitute financial advice. All trading decisions are the user's sole responsibility.

2. License and usage

Your purchase grants a personal license tied to a machine fingerprint.
Redistribution, reverse engineering or sharing credentials with third parties is prohibited.
Machine transfers are available on request to support: cost 150 USD, response time 48 business hours, 1-week cooldown between transfers. Once approved, the previous fingerprint is immediately invalidated.
Violation of these terms results in immediate license revocation without refund.

3. Data feed

The Data Feed is a subscription for access to LMC's institutional signals engine. Upon expiry, the indicator continues to run with signals delayed 24 hours and no Telegram alerts.

4. Payments and billing

Payments are processed in USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20) via self-hosted BTCPay Server. We do not accept cards or PayPal. All prices are in USDT except when a USD list price is shown as a reference.

5. No refunds

All purchases are final. Because this is a digital product delivered instantly (license serial + binary access + data feed activation) and payments are processed in USDT on the blockchain, LMC — Lion Mode Club does not process refunds under any circumstances, including (but not limited to) dissatisfaction with trading results, change of mind, non-usage of the product, or post-activation disputes. Review the terms before purchasing.

6. No return guarantees

The published effectiveness percentage (82%+) corresponds to historical results on internally-verified data. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. Trading in synthetic indices involves risk of loss.

7. Intellectual property

The code, algorithms, signals, the The Kraken Pro brand and all graphic assets are the exclusive property of LMC — Lion Mode Club. Unauthorized use is subject to legal action.

8. Limitation of liability

LMC — Lion Mode Club shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses arising from use of the Products, including (but not limited to) trading losses, service outages, or data feed errors. Users operate at their own risk.

9. Modifications

LMC reserves the right to modify these terms with prior notice by email. Continued use of the service after modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
